However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Our refund/return policy applies to non-perishable food items such as Dried Ukwa, Ukwa Poundo, and other dried not-ready-to-eat products or flours. If you purchase any of the above listed items and wishes to return them, you must do so within 24-hours hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not make refunds or returns on any of our ready-to-eat products, whether snacks such as Roasted Ukwa Snack, Spicy Kulikuli, Kuli-Coconut and it’s related products, and also on our cooked meals like Ukwa Porridge and what is on the Menu.

Any product purchased on promotion are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at fo*************@gm***.com , or call us at +234 908 583 6587, or send us a WhatsApp message, providing picture evidence, and in some cases, video evidence of your complaints.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Returns Policy

If your product qualifies for a return, we will provide details on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs for returning your item.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed as per the condition of the product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at fo*************@gm***.com , or call us at +234 908 583 6587, and we will provide further instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stipulated time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
