TOTAL COOKING TIME – 15/20 minutes
- Pour 500ml or more of water into a cooking pot and leave to boil for 5 minutes
- Measure a cup of pure Ukwa flour into the boiling water and stir with a wooden spatula. Continue to stir until smooth.
- Spread out with a spatula and add some cool water. Cover pot and allow to cook for about 2 minutes.
- Stir again until smooth, firm and without lumps. And then turn off the heat and serve with any local soup of your choice.
